Purchases

Please feel free to visit us at our nursery during the season. Please telephone to arrange an appointment as we are not always on site. Alternatively telephone or fax through an order and we will be happy to arrange delivery.
NB carriage rates apply see carriage below.

Plants are offered subject to their being available on receipt of the customers order. In the event of plants not being available at this time, the customer will be advised of an alternative plant of similar value.

PRICE
Although prices are fixed so far as is possible, the right is reserved to alter these during the season should this be necessary.

VAT
All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax which will be added to the invoice at the rate in force at the date of the invoice.

CARRIAGE
All prices quoted are exclusive of carriage which may be charged at cost.

PAYMENT
Payment to be received in full before goods are despatched.
If collecting in person please telephone before arriving to confirm required orders.
ALL CHEQUES PAYABLE TO BRIDE VALLEY NURSERIES.

COMPLAINTS
All goods supplied are warranted to be good quality stock. It is for the customer to verify this on receipt of the plants and no complaint can be considered unless it is received within 3 days of delivery.

FAILURE
The health of the plants as from the date of delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer. Advice as to the planting and treatment will be provided on request.

CONTRACT
The placing of an order by the customer will be deemed to conclude a legally binding contract incorporating these conditions of sale. All plants remain the property of Bride Valley Nurseries until paid for in full.
